The staff at Il Palazzo are a small but very dedicated team committed to ensuring that guests thoroughly enjoy all aspects of their stay at Borgo di Colleoli.

Elizabeth Cherry, our operations manager, is a highly experienced boutique hotel manager and is responsible for all operational aspects of Il Palazzo.

On our concierge team is Mirko Crabargiu, who was born in Livorno and has worked at Colleoli since 2004. He is our resident linguist and IT administrator. His interests include football, music and playing the guitar.

Joining him in concierge services is Elena Bitossi who studied languages at Pisa University and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
She has been at Colleoli since 2005 and her interests include music, cinema, reading and volleyball.

Flavio Fiumalbi has been at Colleoli since 2004 in the roles of chauffeur and porter. He is currently learning English, is very keen on sport in general as well as cinema and music.

Housekeeper's Rita Guerrieri and Patrizia Saccocci were born in nearby villages and have raised families locally. They have both worked at Colleoli since 2004.

Administrator Maurizio Marinari is a qualified accountant and oversees all aspects of the company’s finances and administration.
