Living La Dolce Vita 25/03/2008
The Borgo di Colleoli team attended the La Dolce Vita show on
Friday and Saturday, 14th and 15th March, at Olympia.
Sharing a stand with a local developer,
the team were able to hand out information folders containing
the latest brochures, sample menus and details on the cookery
schools.
Valentina Harris, who runs the cookery
schools at the Borgo, was the organiser of the Scuola di Cucina.
Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli showed off his pasta making skills,
Gino D’Acampo taught the students how to make tiramisu and there
was a chocolate master class.
All the chefs wore the new Borgo di
Colleoli aprons – even Christopher Biggins who popped in to say
“Ciao”.
