Management Committee
Your committee consists of
three members elected by rotation at the association’s Annual
general Meeting and two members appointed by the Found Member.
The committee’s responsibility
is to manage all the affairs of the association according to the
association’s Constitution. This includes the appointment and
monitoring of the management company responsible for the running
of the suites in the Villa, the setting of the annual operating
budget and annual maintenance charges and the collection of all
charges due. The committee keeps a register of members (the
database) and is charged with ensuring that members receive
their annual occupancy entitlement at Borgo di Colleoli.
